Abstract Submission Guidelines

1. The conference “The Secret Garden of Leukemia,” hereinafter referred to as the Conference, is organized by the Clinic of Hematology in Bydgoszcz, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.
2. The Conference is nationwide in scope and is addressed to hematologists, with particular emphasis on young researchers, physicians, and students interested in the broad issues related to the diagnosis and treatment of leukemia.
3. The Conference will be held in person from 19 to 21 September 2025 at the City Hotel in Bydgoszcz.
4. Acceptable forms of submitted work include descriptions of diagnostically challenging leukemia cases.
5. The best submitted works will be presented in a public forum (required presentation format – interactive case study with a minimum of 3 questions for the audience).
6. The top 3 presentations (selected by a vote of the conference participants) will be awarded prizes.
7. Abstract submissions should be sent by email to jowita.bak@jmjbiznes.pl using the template attached to these guidelines, no later than 10 September 2025.
8. Participants must also complete the registration form available on the conference website, selecting the option ACTIVE PARTICIPATION.
